For renovations or new construction, this new brickmould will bring you back to the times of wood moldings without sacrificing the benefits of PVC.

Its strength, recessed lines, and overall look guarantee greater durability with a remarkable finish.

Screw flutes facilitate mechanical assembly to a subsill. Greatly improved unzipping techniques allow the use of an integrated J.

Brickmold #5916 popular renovation dimensions: 1 ½ ” facing, 1 3/16″ width, with a 1 1/8″ overlap outside the frame without nailing fin.

For a cleaner finish, a white rounded co extrusion edging hides the joint between the frame and molding.

3 1/2" Exterior Flat Casing with Optional Break-away J Channel

A flat brickmold has been added to Coastal’s wide range of accessories. It is designed to replicate the relaxed traditional feel of the old American architectural style. That flat 1” by 3” casing gives a linear exterior finish while keeping economical considerations in mind. Its installation creates a unique historic look to PVC windows.



  • 3 ½” surface wide (exceeds 3” from frame exterior, excluding windbreak)
  • White coextrusion seal
  • 5 degrees sloped sill for easy drainage
  • V-groove lines on surface for style
  • Bending at up to 24” radius
  • ¾” integrated siding return with tear-out strip
  • Double wall to increase rigidity once strip removed
  • More economical brickmold for cost sensitive projects
  • Possibility to trim at 2” wide guided by saw reference line
  • Pre-drilled windbreak
